You acknowledge that Collector Con from time to time relies upon the services of third-party providers such as Google, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, and that, from time-to-time Collector Con relies upon the measures imposed by those third-party providers to see that personal information we hold about you is kept confidential.

We may send you direct marketing communications and information about our services, opportunities, or events that we consider may be of interest to you if you have requested or consented to receive such communications. While children under the age of 13 may attend our events when accompanied by a parent or guardian, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through our website without parental consent, and where appropriate, collection also of parental / guardian personal information. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, please contact us.

24. Where children under the age of 13 register (through a responsible parent or guardian) to participate in a cosplay display at an Event, the details that we will collect, as the minimum required to orchestrate, or facilitate others to orchestrate, such display is:
    1. full name of the cosplay contestant; 
    2. the contestant’s character name; 
    3. the contact number of the parent or guardian; 
    4. the email of the parent or guardian;
    5. the age group into which the contestant falls;
    6. the full name of the parent or guardian.

25. Collector Con digital channels (for example the Websites and social media) may contain links to websites operated by third parties. If you access a third-party website via the Collector Con Websites or social channels, personal information may be collected by that third-party website.

We make no representations or warranties in relation to the privacy practices of any third-party provider or website, and we are not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of any third-party provider or website.
