- Where children under the age of 13 register (through a responsible parent or guardian) to participate in a cosplay display at an Event, the details that we will collect, as the minimum required to orchestrate, or facilitate others to orchestrate, such display is:
- full name of the cosplay contestant;
- the contestant’s character name;
- the contact number of the parent or guardian;
- the email of the parent or guardian;
- the age group into which the contestant falls;
- the full name of the parent or guardian.
