Stall Inclusions

- Trestle table hire – set up ready for your arrival. Tables are 1.8metres (6-foot) long
- Entry to the event for yourself and one helper
- Set up is from 6.00am – 9.00am on event day (where possible, we will also organise set up the evening before event day)
- Pack down is from 2.30pm-4.00pm on event day
- Limited number of shared trolleys available at the entry table
- Advertising to inform potential buyers of the event (details below)

The channels we advertise Collector Con through include:
- Facebook Sponsored Advertising
- Social media marketing via targeted channels
- Handing out leaflets at toy, hobby and pop culture events
- Web event listings via relevant channels
- Mailing list invites
- Stall holder and community promotions publicising their attendance via their social channels
Stall Costs
Tables are $75 each:
- One table (6 foot table frontage): $75
- Two tables (12 foot table frontage): $150
- Three tables (18 foot table frontage): $225
- Four tables (24 foot table frontage): $300
Table costs are inclusive of GST and booking fee.
Public Liability Insurance
Stall holders are required to have current Public Liability Insurance.
If you do not have current cover, options include MyMarketInsurance, AAMI, or a broker. Check the terms and conditions of each to find out if they are right for you.
