Collector Con brings together thousands of collectors, hobbyists and pop culture fans to our events. From our first event in 2018 with 50 tables, we now host 400+ vendor tables at Penrith, 250+ at Campbelltown and 180+ in Newcastle!

Our goal is to fill stallholder tables with a variety of toy, hobby and pop culture collectables for attendees to hunt for items to fill their collections.

Whether you are a private collector, full-time business, hobbyist, local retailer, or artist, our events are designed to help you connect with the collecting community.

Stall Costs and Inclusions
A stall is comprised of tables, and you can select your preferred number of tables on the Stallholder Application Form.

Stall Costs:
– Stallholder Table: $125 (incl. GST) each

Each Stall includes:
– Trestle table/s (6 foot)
– Two stallholder wristbands
– Promotion opportunities, for example trading name on the floorplan
– Event advertising to inform potential attendees of the event
– Access to the Collector Con Community group to promote your attendance
– Early bump-in access

Should a space open up for an event within your seller category, we will send out an email when the first stall opens for a specific event.

Stallholder Requirements

All Stallholders must adhere to the Collector Con Terms and Conditions which include:
– Stallholders have Public Liability Insurance
– No counterfeit goods
– No prohibited items
– Remain open during the trading hours
– Respect neighbouring stalls

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my own tables? There is no need to bring a table as the number of booked tables you have requested will be set up ready for you.
Can I choose my table location? We aim to place stallholders in a similar space to previous events – for example wall spots are often filled straight away by returning stallholders. If you have a preferred location you are welcome to share it with the team and we can try and make it happen.
Can I bring shelving? As long as the floors are protected, it is stable and you are not encroaching on other stallholders you are welcome to bring shelving and place it behind your table.
Do I need an ABN? No, you do not need an ABN. Our stallholders include collectors and hobbyists that do not operate as a business.
Can I leave early? No, for public safety, pack down cannot commence until all attendees have left the event.
Is Wi-Fi available? The Penrith venue has Wi-Fi available to stallholders. For Newcastle and Campbelltown, you will need your own Wi-Fi access.
Do I need Public Liability Insurance? Yes, you will need Public Liability Insurance.
