Stall Inclusions

Stall inclusions:

• Trestle table hire – set up ready for your arrival. Tables are 1.8metres (6-foot) long.
• Entry to the event for yourself and one helper.
• Access as a stallholder to the Collector Con Community group on Facebook where you can post sneak peeks of your items for sale in the lead up to the event.
• Advertising to inform potential buyers of the event (details below).

Advertising

The channels we advertise Collector Con through include:

• Facebook
• Social media marketing via targeted channels
• Handing out leaflets at toy, hobby and pop culture events
• Web event listings via relevant channels
• Mailing list invites
• Stall holder and community promotions publicising their attendance via their social channels

Table Cost

Trading tables are $115 per table

• A waiting list has opened for each of our events – if you would like to be added to the waiting list, complete the expression of interest below and a team member will contact you
• If you are on the waiting list and converted to a booking, payment is due on booking, and you will receive an invoice with details on how to make the payment – bank transfer, PayPal and credit card options are available

Stallholder Terms & Conditions

It is a requirement of participating at Collector Con that stallholders read and adhere to the Stallholder Terms & Conditions.

Below are the Rules as referred to in the Terms and Conditions between Stallholders and Collector Con Pty Ltd. These rules are binding on you, in respect of your participation in all our Events. 

LOCATIONS

• Collector Con Penrith is held at the Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre, 30 Herbert Street, Cambridge Park, NSW. 
• Collector Con Campbelltown is held at the Minto Indoor Sports Centre, 9 Redfern Road, Minto, NSW. 
• Collector Con Newcastle is held at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre, Showground, Brown Road, Broadmeadow, NSW.

SETUP

• Stall set up times are emailed in the lead up to the event – they are usually from 6am the morning of the event.
• Chairs: Bring your own chair – please make sure the feet of the chair do not scratch the floor of the venue. Please do not take chairs from the activation sections (eg/ Dungeons & Dragons, professional wrestling, cosplay etc).
• Shelving: If you would like to bring shelving, please do not bring industrial shelving as you need to make sure the floors do not get damaged. Preference by the venue is for rubber feet or carpet/sheet to be placed under the shelving. Please make sure the shelving is stable and that materials placed under them to protect the floors do not create a hazard.
• Additional Table: For bookings of two or more tables, stall holders are able to bring one additional card table for use behind the table (for example to hold food or personal items). Do not encroach or restrict other stall holders and do not scratch the floors.

Public Liability Insurance

Stall holders are required to have current Public Liability Insurance. Whether you operate as a business, hobbyist or collector, all stall holders are required to have current Public Liability Insurance for the events they attend.
