We have seven events scheduled in 2025 across Penrith, Newcastle and Campbelltown – a waiting list has opened for each event.

Collector Con event dates:

– 26 October 2025: Campbelltown
– 23 November 2025: Penrith

CASUAL BOOKINGS NOW OPEN	$115 per table	– Book throughout the year (pending availability) – Allocated a stall space – Entry badges for yourself and one helper at each event you have booked – Advertising to inform attendees of the event – Access to Collector Con Community group	Bookings are open 15 February 2025 until 23 November 2025 (or when tables sell out). Stall fees are due on booking.

Booked stallbholders will receive two stall holder badges for each event – one for the stall holder and one for a helper. If you would need additional badges for helpers, they are $14 each. Please indicate below how many you require:
